Is there any taxes in the prices?
Taxes are included in our products, however, there are countries who charge extra importation taxes which will be assumed by the customer.
How much is the shipping?

How can i pay?
We accept payments via Paypal.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
The delivery time is between 8 to 15 business days depending on the country where the order must be delivered. This estimated delivery time can be seen at the time of filling out the shipping data.
How can I track my order?
A shipping guide tracking number will be issued and sent to the contact information the client provided.
I was wrong about the information requested for shipping. How can I update it?
You can contact our us via email to international.service@contours.com.co. Our working schedule are from Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Colombian Time (UTC -5).
What if you were not at the time of the delivery?
Our logistics partners make up to 3 delivery attempts, and the order can only be received by a person of legal age. In case it is not received, the order will be returned and the shipping payment will have to be made individually.
The client can always contact the courrier directly in order to program the delivery or pick up of the package.
Can i change my product?
We have a 5 business days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
